Brian Hillmer serves as the Chief Culinary Officer for Community Servings, a nonprofit organization that prepares and home-delivers medically tailored, scratch-made meals to individuals battling critical and chronic illnesses.
In this role, Brian directs the organization’s entire culinary pipeline, merging high-volume healthcare nutrition and culinary creativity with a Community-Centered Food Sourcing strategy. He holds a master’s degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University.
